Assessment Center

We will be relying on Canadian experience in the use of methods and tools including the Assessment Center method.

This method assesses the skills of a candidate through several psychometric tools and the scenario.

By putting in place a whole logistics for the best progress of the operation in order to obtain reliable results and Objectives.

We recruit throughout the national territory of skilled labor and tailored to the needs of companies active in Algeria.

International

With a multidisciplinary group of professionals We offer adequate recruitment services for all trades and socio-professional categories (executions-master-frames) and this with a focus on talent and the selection of high performance skills.

   Outsourcing of human resources.

With a proven know-how, we propose an outsourcing service of the Administration of HR for the TPE-PME (very small companies / Small and medium enterprises) by the total or partial management of their services of personnel.
