The mission of the IT department is to manage the needs for IT solutions (hardware and software). It constantly monitors the efficiency of the IT infrastructure, as well as compliance with user license acquisitions.

The IT manager defines what kind of hardware is needed for the proper functioning of the structure, and in what quantity. For this, it identifies the needs expressed by users and highlights them with its own knowledge.

It sets up training sessions to make better use of computer equipment.

 In any case he supervises every computer interaction.

Throughout the life of the hardware, the IT manager maintains it. It replaces defective parts, ensures the evolution of machines and software updates, and updates external devices (printers, scanners, modems, ...).
